The popular ice cream joint in the France Pavilion covers news for all of the pavilion’s eateries on its Insta account, and today the account announced that taste-testing of some new products is happening — apparently inside Chefs de France!
The taste-testing is happening in advance of the summer opening of La Crêperie de Paris, and it involves a selection of hard ciders!
Ooh la la! While we don’t have many details, what we do know is that, unlike certain American ciders, which typically add additional flavorings, French cider draws its flavor profile purely from apples. We’re excited to learn more, and can’t wait for La Crêperie de Paris to open its doors this summer!
