Something WEIRD Is Happening with These EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival Booths

The 2026 edition of EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival is nearly here, and along with it are the menus for the festival’s outdoor food kitchens.

This year’s assortment of 20 outdoor kitchens is offering more than 75 new menu items for festival-goers to enjoy. However, when looking over each and every booth planning our strategy (like daydreaming about what festival foods we want to enjoy), we noticed something odd.

The 2026 Flower & Garden Festival is set to run from March 4th through June 1st. However, several booths are noted to be running during limited date ranges instead of the full festival. These include:

The Florida Fresh booth is located outside in CommuniCore Plaza. The location will offer both food and drink items:

  • Conch Fritters with Key Lime aïoli
  • Blackened Fish Slider with fried green tomato and Cajun rémoulade on a brioche bun (New)
  • Florida Strawberry Shortcake with vanilla pound cake, Fresh Driscoll’s Strawberries, strawberry sauce, whipped cream, and strawberry crumbs
  • Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy (Non-alcoholic)
  • Crooked Can Brewing Company Fiori di Limone Lager (New)
  • Orange Blossom Brewing Co. Starlight Papaya Pilsner
  • Brewery Ommegang Melon Falls Watermelon Kolsch
  • Beer Flight
  • Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy with gin

However, the Disney World website shows the items will only be available from March 4th through May 25th.

Also located at ComuniCore Hall — inside — the EPCOT Farmers’ Feast Menu will only be available from March 4th to May 10th. Furthermore, the booth will feature two food menus during this time:

The Early Bloom Menu (Available March 4 through April 5)

  • Grilled Asparagus with pancetta bacon, spring peas, frisée lettuce, truffle sherry vinaigrette, and soft-poached egg
  • Scallop with spring pea risotto, lemon-beurre blanc, and gremolata
  • Blueberry Crumble Cake with blueberry-lemon zest soft-serve and blueberry compote

The Springtime Menu (Available April 6 through May 10)

  • Heirloom Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella with shallot vinaigrette, sourdough croutons, pesto, micro basil, and balsamic pearls
  • Grilled Beef Strip Loin with tomato risotto, tomato beurre blanc, and basil pesto
  • Peach Cobbler with cinnamon gelato and streusel topping

The booth’s beverage menu will be available from March 4th through May 10th.

  • B Nektar Punk Lemonade: Raspberry lemonade hard cider (New)
  • Playalinda Brewing Company Hibiscus Tangelo Hard Seltzer (New)
  • Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail: Islamorada Hibiscus Gin and Simply Lemonade
  • Frozen Lemon Tea with Bärenjäger Honey & Bourbon

These odd date ranges jumped out to us, especially since the rest of the festival’s booths have no special date ranges, indicating they’ll be available for the event’s full duration.
