Disney Reveals Return of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Fireworks Dessert Party

It might only be June, but we’re already looking forward to the holiday season in Disney World.

We just recently got a LOT of details about Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this year, including a big price change, dates of the 2024 parties, and everything confirmed to return to this year’s party. Disney also revealed something else that would return: the Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks dessert party.

You’ll have two options for the Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks dessert party, including viewing from Tomorrowland Terrace and viewing from the Plaza Garden. Both dessert parties include a buffet of sweets, including some holiday-inspired treats, like Candy Cane Tarts. You’ll also get beverages and an assortment of cheeses, including an assortment of beer and wine for those ages 21 and over with a valid form of ID.

The big difference between the two party options is that the Tomorrowland Terrace viewing party will give you reserved seating at Tomorrowland Terrace so you can enjoy the fireworks right there.

The Plaza Garden option lets you enjoy the sweet treats at Tomorrowland Terrace, after which you’ll be escorted to a reserved spot in the East Plaza Garden to view the fireworks.

Disney has not yet revealed prices for this year’s Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime fireworks dessert parties. Last year, the price was $114 per person for Tomorrowland Terrace viewing and $99 per person for Plaza Garden viewing.

This year’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party dates are November 8th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, 26th, 27th and 29th, and December 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th and 20th from 7PM to 12AM, with ticket holders getting early access to Magic Kingdom beginning at 4PM.

2023 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

This year’s party will bring back complimentary cookies and hot cocoa, as well as a snack called Letter to Santa — a flourless chocolate cake with hot cocoa mousse and marshmallows topped with chocolate pieces. Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime parade will also be returning. There will be exclusive entertainment and merchandise, as well as holiday overlays on rides, and exclusive character meet and greets.
