Unfortunately every year prices are going to increase at Disney World.
Although some things are increasing faster than the inflation rates (we’re looking at you, Disney food), it’s something we’ve come to expect after tracking the prices for years and years. Now, with the announcement of dates and the return of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, we’ve got some sad news to share.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party takes place annually in Disney World’s OG park, Magic Kingdom. This year, the events will happen on certain nights from November 8th to December 20th, 2024…but it’s going to cost you a bit more.
When looking at the event’s page on the Disney World website, we noticed that the price had changed compared to last year. In 2024, it will cost anywhere between $169 to $219 per ticket, plus tax. In 2023, the range for tickets was $159 to $199 per ticket before tax.
The price will vary depending on the date you choose. Weekends and more popular dates around the major holidays tend to cost more. We should know the exact pricing for each date when tickets go on sale.
Guests of select Disney Resorts hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels, and Shades of Green can purchase tickets starting on July 2nd. For all other guests, tickets will go on sale July 10th.

I would have to be an abject IDIOT to pay this for such paltry offerings.
It is a waste of money. I have done it on and off since 2005 or so and the quality keeps decreasing. Did it two years ago and basically the only value is the Christmas parade which is only available during those nights. Put your money towards an AP.
