EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival is coming back soon and we’ve got lots of updates!

Disney has announced that the Festival will return from July 27th through November 18th, 2023. There will be more than 25 food booths (including some returning favorites like Canada and The Fry Basket), plus some new food booths that will open later in the year. But that’s not all that’ll be coming back to the Food & Wine Festival.
Disney has confirmed that 3 fan-favorite things will be coming back to the Food & Wine Festival this year. First up is Emile’s Fromage Montage.

This is essentially a cheese crawl where you’ll buy a certain number of dishes from select booths around the Festival. Specifically, you’ll need to buy 5 cheesy dishes out of the ones listed in the Festival Passport. As you buy your dishes, you’ll collect stamps.

Once you’ve collected 5 stamps, you’ll want to visit Shimmering Sips hosted by CORKCICLE. That’s where you’ll be able to collect a FREE “sweet treat” as a prize for completing the cheese crawl.
Last year, the prize was a Strawberry Cheesecake Soft-Serve with a small piece of cheesecake on top all housed within a souvenir cup that says “Emile’s Fromage Montage” on it.

The good thing about this experience is that it can be completed at your leisure over multiple visits to the Festival (as long as you finish before the 2023 Festival is done).

The menu items for the cheese crawl this year haven’t been announced yet, but we’ll be on the lookout for those details.
In the meantime, you can check out our thoughts on the cheese crawl from 2022.
But wait, there’s MORE. Also returning this year is Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak.

This is a Ratatouille-themed scavenger hunt where you’ll search for hidden Remy figures throughout World Showcase and the food booths. You’ll pay for a map…

…and then search for hidden Remy figures throughout the park.

Once you find Remy, you’ll mark his location with the appropriate sticker.

Once you finish your map, you’ll visit certain locations to collect your PRIZE! Last year, the prize was your choice of a themed cup. This year’s prize has not yet been confirmed.

Also returning this year is Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit. This is a separate scavenger hunt that only takes place for a limited time. This year, it’ll be offered from September 29th through October 31st.

During this scavenger hunt, you’ll buy a map, look for themed pumpkins, mark them with stickers on the map, and then redeem your map for a prize. Again, the prize for 2023 hasn’t been confirmed yet but in the past, we’ve seen some cute pumpkin containers offered.
