If you’re planning a Disney World trip for 2023, one of the first things you’ll need to do is buy tickets.

When planning your vacation and buying tickets, there are several factors you should consider: what time of year you want to visit (each season offers something unique and different), how many days you’d like to visit for, and how much tickets cost during those times. Sometimes ticket prices will influence those other decisions, so we’ve rounded up the cheapest days to visit Disney World in 2023, on a month-by-month basis. Let’s take a look!
We’re going to take a look at the cheapest days you can visit Disney World in each month. We are also specifically looking at single-day, non-park hopper tickets. Keep in mind that Disney updated its ticket system in December 2022. Prices have gone up and will now vary based on which park you visit. Read more about this change here.
And now, onto those CHEAP Disney World days!
January
January is typically referred to as the “slow” season for Disney World, though that’s not what we saw in January 2022.

The cheapest tickets in January are on January 10th, 23rd, and 24th. Let’s see what those prices look like per park:
- Magic Kingdom — $154
- EPCOT — $139
- Hollywood Studios — $149
- Animal Kingdom $134
In January 2023, tickets are cheaper than the busiest season, but not as cheap as they can be (Disney World tickets start as low as $109 for Animal Kingdom).
February
Ticket prices go up more in price in February.

The cheapest Disney World tickets in February start at $134 per day and available on February 6th to 8th. Those prices are as follows:
- Magic Kingdom — $154
- EPCOT — $139
- Hollywood Studios — $149
- Animal Kingdom — $134
If you can plan your trip for these days, you might save some money!
March
Thanks to higher demand in March because of Spring Break, we see an increase in ticket prices.

The lowest ticket prices in March start at $144. Let’s take a look at those prices on March 27th, 29th, and 30th:
- Magic Kingdom — $164
- EPCOT — $149
- Hollywood Studios — $159
- Animal Kingdom — $144
These are all weekdays, so it’s not surprising they’d be a bit cheaper.
April
Things start to level off in April. There are still lots of spring breakers around, but not as many as you’ll see in March. As a result, the average ticket price is lower.

There are only a few days in April that have these lower ticket prices, however. In April, the cheapest tickets are available from April 2nd to April 4th, and they start at $139 per day. You can see the pricing per park here:
- Magic Kingdom — $159
- EPCOT — $144
- Hollywood Studios — $154
- Animal Kingdom — $139
Head to Animal Kingdom for the cheapest option.
May
In May, the cheapest ticket is the same price, but it is available for more days.

The cheapest ticket costs $139 per day and is available on May 1st and May 2nd, as well as from May 8th-May 10th. The tickets are priced similarly to April.
June
Things start to get cheaper in June. The onslaught of summer crowds haven’t quite arrived yet, meaning that tickets are sold for less, and there are more days that they are sold for less.

In June, you can get Disney World tickets starting at $134 per day on June 5th, 12th-15th, 19th-22nd, and from 26th-28th. Here’s a look at what you might pay per park on one of those days:
- Magic Kingdom — $154
- EPCOT — $139
- Hollywood Studios — $149
- Animal Kingdom — $134
Visit on any of these days to save on your trip.
July
The cheapest ticket in July is the same as in June, but there are fewer days where tickets are available at that price.

In July, you can get tickets for $134 per day, but only from July 24th to July 28th. They’re priced similarly to June tickets!
August
Tickets drop a lot in price in August. The beginning of the month sees prices similar to the ones we saw in July, but the end of the month gets really cheap.

At the end of the month, from August 22nd to August 25th and from the 29th to the 31st, single-day Disney World tickets are available starting at $109 per day. Let’s see what those prices look like:
- Magic Kingdom — $124
- EPCOT — $114
- Hollywood Studios — $124
- Animal Kingdom — $109
These are by far the cheapest prices we’ve seen so far for 2023.
September
Tickets stay cheap in September. September can be a great time to visit Disney World because the summer crowds have left and we haven’t quite gotten into the holiday season.

You can get tickets from $109 per day from September 5th-7th, 12th-14th, 19th-21st, and 26th-28th. Those prices are as follows:
- Magic Kingdom — $129
- EPCOT — $114
- Hollywood Studios — $124
- Animal Kingdom — $109
Just like August, there are pretty low ticket prices here compared to other times of the year.
October
Tickets increase in price to start at $144 per day in October thanks to Halloween and the start of the holiday season.

You can get tickets from $144 per day on several days throughout the month, but mostly weekdays. For example, here are ticket prices for Wednesday, October 18th:
- Magic Kingdom — $159
- EPCOT — $144
- Hollywood Studios — $154
- Animal Kingdom — $144
You can thank those frightening and festive special events and treats!
November
Prices remain high into November. This is when the holiday season starts in Disney World and also marks a really busy time for the parks.

The cheapest tickets you can get in November start at $144 per day and are available from November 1st-3rd, 6th-9th, and 14th-16th. Let’s see what those prices could look like:
- Magic Kingdom — $159
- EPCOT — $144
- Hollywood Studios — $154
- Animal Kingdom — $144
This is when the holiday season is in full swing!
December
And finally we come to December. December is the most expensive month of the year thanks to Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

In December, the cheapest ticket you can get starts at $149 per day on quite a few days throughout the month, but mostly weekdays. Here’s what that pricing typically looks like:
- Magic Kingdom — $169
- EPCOT — $154
- Hollywood Studios — $164
- Animal Kingdom — $149
Keep in mind that these ticket prices are just for 1-park, 1-day tickets and are always subject to change!
