Frozen Ever After Is Temporarily Closed in Disney World

Is there anything more frustrating than getting to Disney World and finding out your favorite ride is closed?

It happens: rides malfunction, animatronics fail, and rides close. We do our best to make sure you’re informed of those closures, so we’re letting you know now that a very popular ride in EPCOT is temporarily closed.

We headed over to the Norway Pavilion today and noticed that Frozen Ever After was temporarily closed. As of this writing, it’s been closed for several hours with no ETA of when it might be available again.

So if you’re headed to EPCOT today and had that ride on your list, keep an eye on the My Disney Experience app to see if and when it comes back up — these closures are usually temporary, but we never know exactly how long they will last.

So what should you do if you find out your favorite ride is closed? Well, all you really can do is move on to the next ride. However, if you do find yourself in the Norway Pavilion, be sure check out the “God of the Vikings” exhibit at the  Stave Church GalleryIf you’re a Marvel fan, you’ll recognize many of the names in the exhibit from Norse mythology.

Be sure to pop into Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe for some school bread, while you’re at it.

You could also take the opportunity to visit some EPCOT Food and Wine Festival booths and have a few snacks while you’re waiting for the ride to come back up.
