Many things have returned to “normal” after the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the Disney parks, but there are still some offerings that we’ve been waiting to see come back.
While some attractions have opening timelines in sight like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, there are still a few attractions with no opening date in sight. Back in May, we were thrilled to hear that an iconic Disney World spot would be reopening in July, and now the day has finally come!
Starting today, you can get your haircut in Magic Kingdom again. This morning, The Harmony Barber Shop reopened in Disney World.
Guests were lined up outside of the shop, ready for a trim. The shop has been closed since March 2020 and guests were eager to see its return. The shop didn’t change during the closure with the shiny red leather chairs still inside!
Reservations for today are currently unavailable, proving how excited guests were for this reopening. Although reservations aren’t technically required, they are highly recommended. The shop offers services for a child’s first haircut (starting at $28), children’s haircuts (starting at $20), adult haircuts (starting at $21), and beard trimming (starting at $8).
