Big Changes Coming To Genie+

Disney is about to change the way guests can purchase Disney Genie+. Starting on June 8th, 2022, guests will no longer be able to purchase Disney Genie+ in advance for their trip. Instead, Genie+ will only be available for purchase on the day of each visit, starting at midnight. Remember that you can buy it using the My Disney Experience app.

This means that all guests will only be able to purchase Genie+ one day at a time “subject to availability.” That could mean Disney plans on limiting how many people can purchase Genie+ on any given day.
