Is anyone else beyond excited for the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT? This attraction is one of the world’s longest indoor roller coasters, and it features some of your favorite Guardians from the Marvel universe.
The coaster will open on May 27th of this year, but some Disney World guests will be able to preview the attraction EARLY. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members are among the lucky few who can book reservations to ride it before it officially opens. Unfortunately, we have some bad news for those people who haven’t already booked their preview event reservations.
Reservations for both the DVC member early previews and the Annual Passholder early previews are currently sold out. Registration just opened this morning for both groups to book their spot on the early previews of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, but now it looks like all the spots have been filled.
The registration was open for a couple of hours this morning, but there’s very high demand for the preview of this new attraction, and the availability quickly filled up. The DVC member event was sold out by 10:18ET, and the Annual Passholder event sold out around 10:40ET.
If you were lucky enough to get a reservation to preview the coaster, remember to bring a printed copy of the confirmation page with you when you go to the preview. Your Annual Pass or DVC membership will also be required, along with a photo ID. And keep in mind that Annual Passholders will NOT need an EPCOT Park Pass Reservation in order to enter the park for this event.

Im going in July I hope my virtual queue luck is with me like it was for Remy.
I was under the impression that AP account holders who signed up for the preview registration to Guardian were to have had park passes for those days the events were being …Apparently, there are those lucky enough to have successfully scooped up the registration do not have park passes in place…so if the park passes are not available for those particular days,..what happens to those early preview registration grabbers?
Beyond excited to score a reservation for Guardians. So lucky that the available day landed on one of our vacation days(made 8 months ago). Thanks Disney! We lucked out and are really looking forward to the whole experience!
