Star Wars Hotel Guests Are Getting A MAJOR Perk in Disney World!

We’re so close to the opening of the new fully immersive Star Wars hotel, the Galactic Starcruiser. We’ve got itineraries, dining options, and all sorts of cool info about the new experience, and we’re so pumped to see what this hotel is really like.

Recently, we found out about a MAJOR perk that comes with your trip!

Galactic Starcruiser guests will get complimentary Lightning Lane access to Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run! This means that guests won’t need to wait in a long queue or fiddle around on Genie+ to skip the lines.

If you have a reservation at the Galactic Starcruiser, the Lightning Lanes will appear on your itinerary when your trip is booked.

A Cast Member also confirmed that guests will get new MagicBands (with the Lightning Lane reservations on them) when they arrive at the hotel. Guests can continue to use these MagicBands on other Disney World trips after their stay at the Star Wars hotel (although the complimentary Lightning Lane passes are only good for a single ride on each attraction).

In addition, guests at the Galactic Starcruiser won’t have to worry about park tickets to take advantage of this new perk because tickets to Disney’s Hollywood Studios are included in the cost of the hotel stay. These tickets will also appear on your itinerary once you book your trip on the Starcruiser.

Guests will be transported into Galaxy’s Edge via transport through an exclusive entrance inside Hollywood Studios. We might have spotted this entrance recently, which is currently blocked off with hedges. Disney hasn’t confirmed whether this is the entrance from the hotel.
