Full Itinerary Revealed for Guests Staying at Disney World’s Star Wars Hotel

The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser (aka the Star Wars hotel) is officially opening on March 1st, 2022. We’re almost there!

This immersive hotel will bring a brand new 2-night experience to Disney World, especially meant for Star Wars fans. While we already know many of the activities and events passengers will be able to enjoy aboard the Halycon, we finally have a FULL itinerary!

We signed in using our Disney account (the same used for our reservation), and here’s what we saw next.

The Datapad!

The screen read that our Datapad was “out of range,” but apparently it will be functional once we arrive at the hotel. In the meantime, we can view events, comms, the map, our profile, and a translation tool.

Day 1

First, we viewed Day 1 of our itinerary, and at the top is Unscheduled Lightsaber Training. This activity can be automatically scheduled 30 days before your visit, so if you don’t see if on your itinerary you can speak to a Crew Member to schedule it. Who doesn’t want to learn basic lightsaber movements and Jedi philosophy?

Day 1

We noticed Unscheduled Bridge Ops Training listed as well, which should be automatically scheduled 30 days before your visit. This activity allows you to operate the bridge of the Halcyon Starcruiser’s Bridge!

Day 1

Next on the itinerary for Day 1 is a Lunch Buffet in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room from 1PM to 4PM. You can eat in the dining room or take your food to go. Then you have Exploring the Starcruiser from 1:30PM to 3:50PM, followed by Datapad Orientation from 2PM to 3:15PM, a Galactic Social from 3PM to 3:30PM, and then Ship Muster from 4PM to 4:30 PM.

Day 1

If you’re wondering what Ship Muster is, you’re not alone! This thirty minute event will involve passengers meeting the Captain and Cruise Director to explain everything you need to know about your stay.

Day 1

After the Ship Muster, it’s time for the Captain’s Reception from 4:30PM to 5PM, which is where passengers can enjoy drinks, snacks, and meet Crew Members and passengers.

Day 1

Next is Dinner in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room from 5:30PM to 7PM, which is also An Evening with Gaya, a Twi’lek character who provides guests with a special music show.

After dinner, passengers can take Sabacc Lessons in the Sublight Lounge from 6:30PM to 7PM. In case you didn’t know, Sabacc is a card game, and you can even learn to play the variant game Coruscant Shift! There’s also an option for kids to learn a matching game called Bounty Hunter.

From 7PM to 7:20PM is the Outer Rim Regalia, where passengers can show off their space outfits or just admire everyone’s unique style! After that is the Sector Set from 8PM to 8:30PM, which is an exclusive Halcyon starcruiser game. If you missed the earlier Sabacc Lessons, you get another chance from 9PM to 9:30PM!

Day 1

And the CSL Starshow at Bespin is the last event of Day 1, from 9:45PM to 10PM. This event will include fireworks and special music from Gaya!

Day 2

The first item on the Day 2 itinerary is the Unscheduled Batuu Transport, which is automatically scheduled 30 days before your visit. This activity takes passengers to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to visit the Black Spire Outpost and ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run.

Day 2

Next up on the schedule for Day 2 is a Breakfast Buffet in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room from 7AM to 11AM, along with a Grab-and-go Breakfast option in the Sublight Lounge from 7AM to 10AM.

Day 2

Batuu Transports will be available to take passengers to Hollywood Studios between 8:10AM to 4PM, and they will be leave every 15 minutes throughout the time period.

Day 2

A Lunch Buffet in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room will be open from 11AM to 4PM. From 12:30PM to 1PM is the Cantina Chronicles in the Sublight Lounge, a non-alcoholic cocktail tasting with a mixologist.

Day 2

Next up is Droid Racing Tournament Sign Up from 12:45PM to 1PM! This activity lets guests sign up to race a droid in an obstacle course, and this is just the opportunity to sign up.

Day 2

After signing up for Droid Racing, passengers can participate in Model Ship Building from 1PM to 2PM, which involves assembling and decorating your own model of the Halcyon starcruiser to take home! You can pre-purchase the model kits in the boutique.

Day 2

If you find yourself on Batuu during lunchtime, you can dine at Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo for a complimentary meal. Back on the Halcyon, it’s time for the Droid Racing Tournament from 1PM to 1:30PM!

Day 2

Next up is Sabacc Tournament Sign Up from 2:15PM to 2:30PM, followed by the Sabacc Tournament from 2:30PM to 3:00PM.

Day 2

There’s more activities too! You can practice finding creatures during the Loth-Cat Crew: Porg Detection Drill from 2:45PM to 3PM. Look for stow-away creatures!

Day 2

From 3:30PM to 4PM is the Know Your Co-Pilot game, which challenges passengers by how well they know their partner. Any age or relationship can sign up! From 4:15PM to 4:30PM, the Know Your Co-Pilot Winners are announced.

Day 2

Dinner Service is from 5:30PM to 7PM in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room, and on Day 2 the theme is Taste Around the Galaxy. This is a four-course meal and passengers can see the plants of Mustafar, Felucia, Kashyyyk, and Chandrila pass by.

Day 2

After dinner, a Halcyon Starcruiser Celebration pyrotechnic display takes place from 9:30PM to 9:45PM. Sweets & Treats is a late night opportunity to grab drinks and desserts in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room from 10PM to 11PM.

And on Day 3, the voyage is over! Disembarkation is from 6AM to 9:45AM. Before you leave, you can grab breakfast to-go from the Sublight Lounge from 7AM to 10AM, or eat at the Breakfast Buffet in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room from 7AM to 10AM.

  1. Itinerary sounds boring. Where is the interaction with characters that this was supposed to be about? Sounds like there is no mission for people to go on or anything. Just having the staff and a Twilek singer on board sounds boring. How about having the first order board the ship and do something? This sounds like a regular disney cruise.

  2. I’m looking forward to March 1 not because I am going, but curious as to what the bloggers say about the experience in their reviews. Right now, it just doesn’t look like a few exciting things, but a whole lot of boring in between.
