Everything we’ve seen about Disney World’s newest hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, looks impressive.

The hotel, which is not owned by Disney (it’s owned by Marriott), will have 300 rooms, including 149 suites and presidential suites. Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows, offering amazing views of the surrounding Disney World property.
The original opening timeline for the Swan Reserve was originally this summer, which was then delayed until September 1st, and thendelayed again to late September. That opening date has now been pushed back again, this time until October. Reservations have been open for the hotel since February.

Guests who had reservations booked for September can expect to receive communication from Marriott about other arrangements for accommodations for their Disney World trip. And we’ll let you know if that opening date changes again.
