A brand new hotel will be opening on Disney property soon!

We’ve been keeping a close eye on the progress over at the newest boutique hotel that will be available for guests — the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. So far, we’ve shared a first look at the views and guest rooms, and now we’ve got an update on when the hotel is set to open.
Back in February, reservations became available for guests to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve beginning September 1st, 2021, however, they have now announced that the opening date will be delayed to late September.

The shift in opening date is due to delays in the construction process and guests who have already booked a reservation for early September will receive more information on alternative accommodations soon.

Once open, the hotel will feature 349 guest rooms, 149 suites, and 2 presidential suites. Plus, it is conveniently located within walking distance of both EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios and, if you prefer not to walk, guests will also be able to catch one of Disney’s water taxis to these parks.

Inside the hotel, there will be a signature Mediterranean restaurant, a grab-n-go cafe, a scenic pool area, a fitness center, a business center, an event space, and a rooftop space with views of Disney World called Vue. And, guests staying here will be able to access all of the perks of a Disney World Resort (like Early Theme Park Hours and more) too!

If you’re interested in staying here during your next Disney World trip, reservations are already available online or by calling 1-888-236-2427 for late September and beyond!
We’ll continue to keep an eye out for an official opening date, so be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for the latest!
