ALL the Resorts that Qualify for Early Theme Park Entry at Disney World

In the past, Extra Magic Hours was an easy way for Disney Resort guests to enjoy some extra time in the parks!

Now, extra magic hours are back in a new form and we’ve got all the details!

Disney’s Extra Magic Hours are (sort of) back! The old service has been replaced with the new Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Hours, and only certain resort guests are eligible for the new perk. Both the Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Hours will start on October 1st!

We’ve already told you who is eligible for the Extended Evening Hours, but now Disney has released the hotels who can participate in Early Theme Park Entry! According to Disney, the resorts eligible for this service are as follows:

  • Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
  • Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
  • Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
  • Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
  • Disney’s Pop Century Resort
  • The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
  • Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
  • Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
  • Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter
  • Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
  • The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
  • Disney’s Beach Club Resort
  • Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
  • Disney’s Contemporary Resort
  • Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
  • Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
  • Disney’s Wilderness Lodge

Something interesting to note is that the Swan and Dolphin Resorts are not included in this list. When we called the resort, a Cast Member let us know that they have not gotten official word from Disney yet, but that they expect the Swan and Dolphin will be included in Early Theme Park Entry.

  1. Thirty minutes early entrance for all of these hotels is a waste of time. If you are going to give the Deluxe hotel guests more perks by giving only them extra hours at night then limit early hours to inexpensive hotel guests and give them more than 30 minutes!!
