This year marks Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary and they’re celebrating with 18-months full of special fireworks shows, new character interactions, and more!
We’ve already brought you a sneak peek at how all four park icons will transform into new “beacons of light,” the new daytime show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and now it’s time to check out some of the new decorations that are coming to the parks!
Earlier this year, Disney announced that they would be adding 50 golden Disney character sculptures throughout all four theme parks during the celebrations. The collection is called “Disney Fab 50” and features some of the most iconic Disney characters there are! And, here’s a peek at ALL the statues that you’ll be able to spot (so far)!
The very first statue that Disney revealed is none other than Mickey Mouse! He’s throwing his arms up just like us when we make our way through the parks and will be located in front of Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom.
And, not too far from Mickey Mouse in front of Cinderella Castle, you’ll also be able to find the Golden Goofy Statue…
…the Donald Duck Statue…
Plus, Disney World president Jeff Vahle with two Cast Members from Fantasyland revealed that the Cheshire Cat will have a statue of his own as well in Magic Kingdom…
…and even the Mad Hatter will be joining the party nearby!

Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll be able to find some classic Disney Pixar characters including Edna Mode from The Incredibles…
Next up is a statue coming to EPCOT — it’s the lovable Dante from Coco! This was announced on National Geographic’s Instagram.
You’ve got a friend in these next two characters for sure! Joining the 50th Anniversary celebrations will be golden statues of Woody and Bo Peep!
Next up is the one and only R2-D2 from Star Wars! Disney Imagineers Ann Morrow Johnson and Scott Trowbridge made the announcement about everyone’s favorite droid on Instagram.
Recently, Michael Vargo, the head of D23, announced that a golden statue of Orange Bird will be joining the Fab 50 Character collection!

Get ready for more fun as Sebastian and Flounder join in on the 50th Anniversary celebrations! You’ll find the golden statues of these characters at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Dumbo and Timothy got a special announcement about their statue by none other than John Stamos.

The Disney Parks Blog shared that Chip ‘n Dale would get their own golden statue, too! And we got a sneak peek at it.
D23 tapped Disney Legend Tony Baxter to reveal that Figment would get a statue.

The official Aulani Instagram posted that Stitch would be getting a statue.
Next up, Disney Channel and Anna Cathcart announced that Gus and Jaq from Cinderella will also be featured as golden statues as part of the celebrations!

And although we already knew that Minnie Mouse would get a statue, artist Jerrod Maruyama made it official with an announcement on Instagram.
Next up, we got a reveal from Walt Disney Animation Studios director Chris Buck via the Disney Parks Blog Instagram. Pinocchio will officially be joining the Fab 50 Character Collection for the 50th Anniversary.
Appropriately enough, Disney Cruise Line announced that we’ll soon get to see Nemo and Dory statues.

If you’re a big fan of The Lion King, then you’ll be thrilled to know that L Steven Taylor, who played Mufasa in The Lion King on Broadway, has recently announced that Simba will be joining the Fab 50 Character Collection!
Recently, Jennifer Lee, the Chief Creative Officer of Disney Animation revealed that Olaf and Bruni will also be part of the Fab 50 Character Collection! Get a glimpse at their statue in the video below.

Disney had already shared that Pluto would also get a statue as part of the Fab 50 Character Collection, but in a recent video we got a glimpse at the statue’s design and got to hear from ESPN Chairman, Jimmy Pitaro.
BB-8 will be rolling into Disney World as a golden statue, too!
Love The Incredibles? Then you may be thrilled to know that Frozone will be getting his own statue as part of this character collection!

Disney has also now announced that Bambi and Thumper will be joining the Fab 50 Character Collection.

Disney Imagineer Zach Riddley revealed that Guardians of the Galaxy’s Rocket Raccoon and Groot would be getting a statue!
Lady and the Tramp will also be getting their own golden statue for the celebration!
Disney also shared a video that shows how the statues are being made, as well as what the final work looks like.
Tamron Hall shared that Pua and Hei-Hei from Moana will also be getting their own statue!

The final statue to be revealed is Tinker Bell!
And, those are all the statues that have been revealed by Disney so far!
