The Best Part of Every EPCOT Area Resort Hotel

Today, we’re taking a look at the best parts of each of these hotels!

Disney’s Beach Club Resort

Beaches and Cream

At Disney’s Beach Club Resort, you’ll find Beaches and Cream Soda Shop, which remains one of our favorite restaurants on property.

The sundaes and milkshakes here are divine — you can choose from an Old Fashioned Sundae, Fudge Mud Slide, Classic Banana Split, and so much more!

Milkshakes — the perfect food for drowning your sorrows.

There are also some more solid eats (you know, if you’re looking to subsist on more than just dessert), like sandwiches and tots. It makes for a great lunch spot, with a cool vintage Mickey theme! (Keep an eye out for the jukebox in the corner!) You’ll definitely want to stop here next time you’re in the area.

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort

Stormalong Bay

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is right next door to the Beach Club, which means the two hotels share a lot of amenities. One of those is Stormalong Bay! This massive sand-bottomed pool is one of the biggest at Disney World’s hotels, and it has some awesome features.

Stormalong Bay

You’ll find a 230-foot waterslide, lazy river, three whirlpool spas, and a tanning deck in the 3-acre space. It’s like a mini water park and easily the biggest reason we love Yacht (and Beach) Club!

Plan some time to relax at the pool!

Stormalong Bay is only open to guests staying at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. So keep that in mind if you’re trying to decide on a hotel! It’s a unique perk specific to guests with reservations here.

Disney’s BoardWalk Inn

The BoardWalk

Over at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, you’ll find — you guessed it — the BoardWalk. This entertainment, dining, and shopping area features bars (and a margarita kiosk!), Table Service restaurants, and even Surrey bikes for rent. Not to mention, a brand-new ice cream shop just opened up here!

Disney’s BoardWalk

Some of the experiences here are currently closed due to limited operations (such as Jellyrolls and the live entertainment on the BoardWalk). However, there’s still lots to do!

If you’re staying at BoardWalk Inn, you’ll definitely want to take the short walk over to the BoardWalk. The ambiance — especially in the evening — will make it a highlight of your trip.

Disney’s Riviera Resort

Topolino’s Terrace

We’re highlighting another fan-favorite restaurant, this time at Disney’s Riviera Resort! Topolino’s Terrace is a relatively new addition to Disney’s restaurant line-up, but it quickly became one of our top picks.

Topolino’s Terrace Views

The breakfast here is top-notch, and you’ll get to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy in their art-inspired costumes! For dinner, sit down for some authentic French and Italian cuisine. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel, which means the views are simply stunning.

If you can’t snag a reservation here — and trust us, they can be hard to get! — you can still opt to visit the Lounge. You won’t need to book in advance, and you can still enjoy the full menu.

Topolino’s Terrace Lounge

Topolino’s Terrace is a bit pricey compared to some other Table Service restaurants, but if you’re looking for some high-quality dishes (or if you want a solid character meal!), you may want to head here.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

The Price

While the other EPCOT hotels are considered Deluxe Resorts (the most expensive in Disney’s pricing tier), Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a Moderate Resort. That means your rooms will cost you just a bit less.

But even with this lower pricing, Caribbean Beach still offers convenient transportation to the parks — namely, it’s located on the Skyliner route. You’ll also be able to enjoy one of Disney World’s best-themed pools; Fuentes del Morro Pool is based off of an old Spanish citadel!
