While Disneyland will be introducing its own Park Pass system when the parks reopen, Disney World has been going full steam ahead with guests returning to the parks. Passes have been selling out left and right into the summer, though, recently. We’ve even seen passes sell out as far as October for Disney World’s 50th anniversary! And, now ANOTHER date has been filling up already far in advance!

The holiday seasons are a busy time of the year in the Disney Parks as it is. Some folks are already planning their Fall trips it seems, since November 22nd has began to fill up in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

That Monday is the beginning of Thanksgiving Week (and break!) for many people, so families could be scheduling their time in the parks early to make sure they have reservations. Since it’s only April, Disney may open up more spots in the parks as it gets closer to the time.

The rest of November, on the other hand, is completely free! Thanksgiving is still up for grabs in all four parks, so you can spend your holiday season in Disney World.

  1. I have no doubt that parks will add capacity before the fall, so those yellow boxes will turn green at some point.

I’m hoping park reservations will no longer be needed by the start of 2021, but I have a feeling they are here to stay. The infrastructure is already in place on the My Disney Experience app and this gives Disney a very accurate idea on how they should staff the parks on any particular day.

  2. I hope they have a better system soon. I want to go November 2022 and I’m not going to make park passes that far in advance.
