Due to the months-long closure of Disney World, Disney has been announcing a variety of extensions for tickets and passes affected by the time the parks were closed.

And now, Disney has announced another membership that will see an extension.

Tables in Wonderland offers Florida residents, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Disney World Annual Passholders additional savings on most dining locations throughout the resort. Disney has stated that existing members (excluding memberships that expired February 2020 or earlier) will have an extension of four months added on.

Currently, Tables in Wonderland is not selling any additional memberships, so this extension will only apply for existing members.

  1. Could you clarify if quick-service places that take TiW that are open (i.e. Flame Tree or Restaurantosaurus at Animal Kingdom or Artist’s Palette at Saratoga Springs) are still accepting it, even though they want everyone to mobile order?

  2. I supposed this is better than nothing, but for non-Florida residents, such as DVC members, this is a mostly useless extension. TIW should follow the Annual Passholders example and give card members the option for a refund. I, for example, bought the card expecting to use it for three trips to WDW. (I’m from the Midwest) With all the cancellations and issues with the virus, I will have used it for two meals. The extension is for time that I will not be there. Any extension NOW with all the restrictions going on at WDW and the State of Florida is thoughtless. There is no magic in dining at WDW now. I fully expect that to return, but not in a token 4 month extension policy. An alternative is they could have granted a four month extension for the next time I bought a card.
