Disney World is preparing to reopen a select amount of resort hotels this week, on June 22nd, prior to the theme parks reopening on July 11th and 15th.

Ahead of the hotels and parks reopening, Disney had added a new health acknowledgements on their website for guests to reference before they leave home. Now, Disney is notifying upcoming guests of these same acknowledgements through My Disney Experience.
Guests with upcoming Disney Resort Hotel reservations have begun receiving notifications through My Disney Experience that they “must read” the health acknowledgement prior to their stay.

Once clicked, you’re lead to the same health acknowledgement we’ve seen from the websites, letting guests know they are confirming that by entering Disney World, they are free from any symptoms that may indicate that they have the coronavirus, including a fever, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, and more.

This acknowledgement also includes an agreement that the guest has not had any direct contact with someone who had confirmed or suspected symptoms and are not already under any self-quarantine orders.

We will continue to keep you updated with any further developments from the reopening plans of Disney World!
