  1. I am also a DW annual passholder and a DVC member. Had to cancel first trip to DL in April and trip to DW for 13 in November. Used my pass 4 days in December. Called to get information on what my refund would be and they could not tell me. They said they could submit a case. I think they could give me an amount so I could make a decision. Disappointed in the response.

  2. We are annual platinum passholders and DVC members. We are also from New Jersey. Our reservations were from July 16-27. We will not be going due to the overwhelming changes and precautions needed. Also, the Florida governor wants all NJ people to quarantine for two weeks. i wanted my points back into my account; but Disney tells us we have to put them in RCI. Ridiculous…..and unfair. This is so unDisney like….

  3. I am an Annual pass holder but live in New Jersey. I will not be going to WDW anytime soon due to virus still spreading and resort still not safe.

  4. Still waiting to hear if they will give us a refund for annual passes that were used for four hours In March before they made the decision to close. Had to move July trip to December and the passes cannot be used. Asking for a refund minus the one day but nothing yet. Money would certainly come in handy towards the ten tickets we now need to purchase, if we can purchase them.

    1. Words are cheap! Disney has to do more for us annual passholders. As a platinum holder, I called 6/09 to get info about pass holder options. Had two planned visits already cancelled- May 16-22, June 28-July 9. Cancellations also involved making airline cancellations. Have upcoming resort reservations 8/28-9/9 and 11/30-12/9 (made 12/09/19) cast member could not tell me how many months my AP will be extended. I believe the opening date in the extension should not be July 11 or July 15 but a date when the parks are operating close to normal with mostly all attractions functioning including parades and fireworks. Anything less is costing me the value of an expensive platinum AP. BTW, another disappointment, I called on the so-called VIPassholder number and would up in the same place as the regular phone number. The wonderful cast member could not answer any questions about my AP.

      1. I have had an “open” case with them since April 24th. .Having already been forced to transfer DVC points to RCI, I would really like to get something back to offset the cost of the tickets for December. If I cannot get tickets for my party in December, I will have to cancel that trip as well. I am unsure what will happen to the three years worth of DVC points I used for that trip. Just a horrible situation for everyone but, you would think that it should not take this long to make a decision. I am telling the truth, after talking to the concierge and being told that WDW will not be closing even though Disneyland was, we were in one park for five hours tops. $1400.00 down the drain for those passes.
