If you prefer to sleep in on your vacation then Disney has a new offer just for you! Disney just announced the return of the Mid-Day Magic Ticket Offer for Walt Disney World parks. The Mid-Day Magic Ticket gives you access to the theme parks after 12:00 pm for the remainder of the day.
Not only do you get to sleep in and have a relaxing morning, but you also get to save some money!
Here are the Mid-Day Magic Ticket Offer details:
You can purchase 2-, 3-, or 4-day tickets for admission after 12:00 pm (until park closing) for the following prices:
- 2-days: from $88 per day plus tax (from $176 total plus tax)
- 3-days: from $84 per day plus tax (from $252 total plus tax)
- 4-days: from $79 per day plus tax (from $316 total plus tax)
The prices quoted are for ages 10 and older, and vary based on your selected start date.

You can visit any of the four theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom on the special ticket. The Park Hopper Option and a Park Hopper Plus Option are available as add-ons. For the Park Hopper Plus option, admission to Disney Water Parks and other activities is also valid after 12:00 pm.
The Mid-Day Magic Ticket is available for a start date on or before December 15, 2019. The 2-day ticket expires 4 days after the selected start date, 3-day ticket expires 5 days after the selected start date, and the 4-day ticket expires 7 days after the selected start date.
There are some restrictions — you cannot take advantage of Extra Magic Hours or Extra Extra Magic Hours in the morning if you are a Disney resort guest, and FastPass+ selections made before noon will not be valid with this ticket. Water parks may be subject to rehab, weather, or seasonal closures.

I wonder if this option is going to prompt a lot more people to enter the park later so those who choose to do the parks early will have a better advantage.
Finally! Disney is offering discounted prices! This should be a year round option.

We are more “mature” adults and prefer leisurely mornings. This option is perfect for us…fortunately our trip begins on dec.15, the last day to purchase these..whew! I’m getting 2 4day base tic and saving over $200!! Yay!
As long as it included days where the parks are open to 7-9PM this seems like a deal. You get a 4 day pass for the price of a 3 day and only give up 3-4 hours in the morning. I would definitely consider this.
I’m intrigued by this, as it fits well with my family’s vacation style. Other than a “rope drop” at Animal Kingdom for Flights of Passage, we generally visited the parks in the afternoon.
