We made a reservation for 8:45 pm and were seated 30 minutes later. My wife is disabled, in a power wheelchair, and they sat us in a back corner room out of sight to the entertainment. My wife has an onion allergy and their offer to help was a plain piece of Salmon and Mashed potatoes. It came out overcooked, dry and bland. This is a scratch kitchen, seriously?? I had the Shepard's Pie and it was also very bland. I am a Restaurant Manager for over 25 years and this was the most unacceptable way to treat customers. The manager that came to our table offered to charge us the salad price to compensate for the 3 other main items that my wife could not eat. You go to these places for the full experience and pay exorbitant prices and at best we got 30%. We will not go back, which is a shame, since we frequent Disney Springs very often. We will stick to our favorite, the Boat House, never an issue.
Pros:

Unaccommodating, not wheelchair friendly, at least for us, food is blandReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 05/19/2025

Ordered the Salmon Salad. The salad was 90% whole spinach leaves with none of the stems removed. The salmon was dry, crunchy and over cooked. Very small amount of the other items that were listed on the menu. It was over priced for what we got.
Pros:
It was a salad.Cons:
It was not that good and was over priced. Will not come back.Reviewed by DVCSammy Review Date: 01/15/2024

It's impossible to find a really good 'breakfast/brunch' spot in DISNEY SPRINGS but I did it .. ..
Across from the immortal GIDEONS BAKEHOUSE is RAGLAN ROAD and is calm and quiet for their weekend brunch .. ..
Had their All This .. .. And, Eggs On Top and it was wonderful with the braised beef, potatoes and lovely sauce .. ..
CHEERS RAGLAN ROAD!
Pros:
Quiet weekend brunchCons:

Best restaurant at Disney Springs!
Pros:
Shepherds pie and all the great food and drinks, and entertainment.Cons:
Go at the right time. Earlier for more casual, later for more electricity and entertainment.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 10/06/2023

Raglan Road is far and away my favorite restaurant in Disney Springs. The food, atmosphere, and entertainment all come together to create a truly exceptional experience.
Pros:
The menu is extensive with some unique eats. The entertainment is amazing. Live music with Irish Step dancers. The service is also wonderful.Cons:
You might end up at a table where you can't see the entertainment. If this is important to you, ask about sitting closer to the stage when you check-in.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/12/2023

Overall, good!
Pros:
Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good, especially the seafood and appetizers!Cons:
It gets LOUD. Also, guests with food allergies should be aware it's not owned by Disney, so staff doesn't always have the same depth of knowledge about ingredients that other Disney restaurants haveReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 06/07/2023

I ordered the Salmon dinner. The salmon was way overcooked and completely dry. I sent it back and they redid it for me. It was cooked much better the second time, however, there was no seasoning, and only a dime size dollop of their lemon spinach melted butter. Definitely no where near enough to actually give the salmon some flavor. I order salmon so often when I go out and this was absolutely the worst I have ever had. I have never before has to send a salmon back. At these menu prices…$34.00… I was expecting a whole lot better! The entertainment was fun, although we couldn’t see it where we were seated, we kept having to stand up to see anything. It was extremely loud, so don’t expect to have a conversation. When the manager came over to ask me about the food, he spoke directly in my ear and I still could not understand a word he said. I finally just nodded and said thank you. Based on my experience I would not recommend eating here and I will not be back.

We were seated in a corner behind a pole so viewing the show was impossible. The opening bread was sparse and very cold . The Shepherd’s pie tasted burnt and the wine sauce was quiet sweet ( yuck !). We were offered no drink refills . The bill for 3 ( our granddaughter’s 16th birthday) was $116.
We wanted to share our love of Irish food with our granddaughter-a total disappointment!
