Food was very tasty. Got 4 small plates to share with fiancé (croquettes, shrimp and garlic sauce, chorizo, and squid ink paella). Food was good, but portions were somewhat small for the price. That being said, it could quite possibly be the best shrimp in garlic sauce I’ve ever had.

Pros:

Good food, variety of dishes.

Cons:

Portion size for price

I wish I could give more than 10 stars. Jaleo was the highlight of our dining choices on a 2-week vacation at DW. We ordered The Jaleo Experience, and were more than pleased with every offering in this prix fix menu. Although it was really too much food, my traveling companion and I managed to eat everything in what I think was a selection of 10 tapas. Our server was wonderful, but I am sorry that I didn't ask his name to recommend him. It was a thrill for me to eat food chosen by Jose Andres, one of my personal heroes, for his charity, World Central Kitchen (to which I donate monthly). I would recommend Jaleo to anyone who is willing to take a chance and try a cuisine that is slightly different, but thoroughly enjoyable. Next time, I will order paella.

Pros:

Fabulous food; fabulous service

Had lunch @ 3:30PM and unfortunately was too early for true, rice PAELLA that's only served for dinner!!

However, we still ordered their traditional seafood paella but made with pasta .. ..

Still, it was delicious and had me dreaming of their paella with rice .. .. Yummmmmm!!

Pros:

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner at Jaleo for 40 people. Our event coordinator Kevin was extremely helpful for months leading up to the event which was important for a destination wedding. We were shocked the day of the event. The food was world class, the environment was five star but lively and entertaining, and the service was world class. This may have been the best investment I have made at Disney in 20 years of coming.

Pros:

Service cannot be beat Food selection is varied and unique Taste is excellent Atmosphere is lively and entertaining Restaurant is immaculate even during peak hours More food than you can possibly eat

Cons:

A little pricey but no hidden surprises. You know up front what you are getting into. Parking at Disney Springs can always be hit or miss. Menu may not be best for small kids or those without a sense of adventure

Ate here for last Dapper Day weekend. Was excited to try some place new, but wasn't as excited as some of our other reservations. However, this turned into our favorite meal of the trip. All the food was amazing and had a great variety. Our server was wonderful in helping us space out the food so there was always something to try. Though they were tapas, the portions were great and big enough for everyone to share and be full. It was also one of the less expensive meals we had. I would definitely eat here again because there are some many more options to try. The one slight issue is that it was very loud, but that is to be expected. Also, ladies, make sure to check out the bathroom.

Pros:

Amazing food, great service, don't skip the sangria, love the more casual way of ordering what you want whenever instead of sticking to the app/dinner/desert model, décor is colorful and bathrooms are so colorful

Cons:

little loud

This is the worst restaurant in Disney springs, I was there for 3 hours total on their magical meal thing... Everything that came out was a disappointment. They will regularly bang on a cow bell and simultaneously yell paella which after the first time gets incredibly annoying. when the paella finally came out it was the worst paella. The flavor and texture were awful a soupy soggy mess with 2 shrimp that could have been mistaken for cafeteria slop, I would never recommend it to anyone. STAY CLEAR!

Pros:

None

Cons:

Cafeteria taste Expensive

We usually prefer simple foods and aren’t the most comfortable in fancier environments but we watched Molly eat here and she made it look so fun and delicious that we couldn’t resist. Back home there are not Spanish restaurants and having new experiences is what Disney World means to my family. Wow did we love the food here. I won’t lie it was so expensive that I had a hard time relaxing and enjoying at first but then the food was so good that I relaxed because it was worth every penny. Glad we learned not to order the Cokes in glass bottles for $4!!! We drank free water and went to the coke store after to drink our sodas!
I still can’t pronounce pallela correctly but it was the best Fried Rice we have ever eaten!!! It was funny to go to a Spanish restaurant and eat something like Chinese food, but when in Rome, LOL. It had different spices than Chinese friend rice but it was one of the best things I have tasted and it is meat and rice, not too exotic at all.
Our favorite part was yelling pallela even if I said it wrong!

Pros:

The design of the restaurant felt like we were getting an upscale experience, oh the food was so delicious my mouth is watering now thinking about it and makes me sad we live so far. Love that we can yell pallela lol

Cons:

Well it was the most expensive restaurant we have been too. DO NOT ORDER THE COKES. There is a whole coke store for that in Disney Springs. Drink free water and enjoy the Spanish fried rice!

We ate here in September of 2019 so I would be willing to go back and try it again at a later date. With that preface out of the way, When we went, the food was terrible. We had the prefix menu of mostly tapas which is such a cool idea and I LOVE Spanish style tapas. These were NOT good and the service was extremely bad. About half of our courses that should've been hot arrived cold, and some of the things that were supposed to be cold (like Gazpacho) arrived lukewarm. Overall an extremely disappointing experience. The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy and we wound up being there for 2 hours and missed fireworks we had wanted to see (we planned to be at the restaurant for about an hour and then an hour for transportation to MK in a minnie van with about 30-40 mins to find a spot just inside the entrance to view from a distance). Just overall a super disappointing end to the day. I would be willing to go back and try the Pallea though!

Pros:

None.

Cons:

Don't do the prefix menu it was pretty terrible. We left hungry.
