Popular Disney Springs Store Changes Locations

Well, this looks a little different!

In Disney Springs, Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop has temporarily relocated to a new location while it undergoes major renovations. It’s expected to reopen at the original location in spring 2027, but in the meantime,e you can check out the temporary location to get all of your chocolate needs fulfilled.

You can find their temporary location in the Town Center area. The building used to be home to Sprinkles Cupcakes, but when they closed down, it turned into a pop-up for Black Tap Crazy Shake. Now that the pop-up is over, Ghirardelli is taking over.

The location under refurbishment will feature increased guest seating, more efficient guest checkout, and a “few surprises.” They haven’t released what’s in store, but we know we’re going to love it.

Construction walls have been put up around the original location with a map showing the temporary one, too.

While it doesn’t feel quite the same as their original location, we’re glad we can still get all of our favorite chocolate at the location. We loved grabbing the squares of chocolate…

…and we’ll never say no to their ice cream sundaes and milkshakes. An official reopening date for the original location has not been announced yet.
