It’s official: Black Tap is coming to Disney Springs!

The restaurant is famous for its Crazy Shakes, and we’ve visited the location at Downtown Disney in Disneyland Resort countless times by now. But this won’t be a traditional Black Tap location — it’s a limited-time Crazy Shakes pop-up!
Starting on March 2nd, 2026, Black Tap will kick off a 90-day pop-up serving its iconic Crazy Shakes! The viral Mickey Shake you’ve seen all over your social media and other over-the-top treats will be on the menu. P.S. This is the first time the Mickey Shake has been available on the East Coast!

This will be located in the former Sprinkles location, which permanently closed on New Year’s Day this year. The Sprinkles closure was sudden, and we’ve been curious to see what would take over this space. Glad to see the building is sticking with sweets!

Here’s the list of milkshakes that you’ll be able to order:
- BAM BAM SHAKE
- THE COOKIE SHAKE
- COOKIES ‘N CREAM SUPREME
- BROOKLYN BLACKOUT
- SPECIAL EDITION MICKEY CRAZYSHAKE
All of the milkshakes will be in to-go containers — not the glasses they are typically in for full restaurant service. This makes it easier to take your shake on the go as you explore Disney Springs!

It will be interesting to see if this pop-up is extended in the future or if Black Tap moves in permanently, but for now, you’re going to want to head to Disney Springs ASAP to try these shakes! 90 days from March 2nd is May 31st. We’ll be on the lookout for any updates for this experience.
