This is the worst restaurant in Disney springs, I was there for 3 hours total on their magical meal thing... Everything that came out was a disappointment. They will regularly bang on a cow bell and simultaneously yell paella which after the first time gets incredibly annoying. when the paella finally came out it was the worst paella. The flavor and texture were awful a soupy soggy mess with 2 shrimp that could have been mistaken for cafeteria slop, I would never recommend it to anyone. STAY CLEAR!

We ate here in September of 2019 so I would be willing to go back and try it again at a later date. With that preface out of the way, When we went, the food was terrible. We had the prefix menu of mostly tapas which is such a cool idea and I LOVE Spanish style tapas. These were NOT good and the service was extremely bad. About half of our courses that should've been hot arrived cold, and some of the things that were supposed to be cold (like Gazpacho) arrived lukewarm. Overall an extremely disappointing experience. The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy and we wound up being there for 2 hours and missed fireworks we had wanted to see (we planned to be at the restaurant for about an hour and then an hour for transportation to MK in a minnie van with about 30-40 mins to find a spot just inside the entrance to view from a distance). Just overall a super disappointing end to the day. I would be willing to go back and try the Pallea though!

Had lunch @ 3:30PM and unfortunately was too early for true, rice PAELLA that's only served for dinner!!
However, we still ordered their traditional seafood paella but made with pasta .. ..
Still, it was delicious and had me dreaming of their paella with rice .. .. Yummmmmm!!
Pros:
Any Paella!Cons:

Food here was excellent. We made our way through 3 or 4 tapas, and all were exceptional. Service was wonderful, and our server had a great sense of humor. It's a vibrant place; perhaps too much so, when a specific entree is ordered, thing get... loud. But a worthwhile choice.
Pros:
Food, serviceCons:

Food was very tasty. Got 4 small plates to share with fiancé (croquettes, shrimp and garlic sauce, chorizo, and squid ink paella). Food was good, but portions were somewhat small for the price. That being said, it could quite possibly be the best shrimp in garlic sauce I’ve ever had.
Pros:
Good food, variety of dishes.Cons:

Ate here for last Dapper Day weekend. Was excited to try some place new, but wasn't as excited as some of our other reservations. However, this turned into our favorite meal of the trip. All the food was amazing and had a great variety. Our server was wonderful in helping us space out the food so there was always something to try. Though they were tapas, the portions were great and big enough for everyone to share and be full. It was also one of the less expensive meals we had. I would definitely eat here again because there are some many more options to try. The one slight issue is that it was very loud, but that is to be expected. Also, ladies, make sure to check out the bathroom.
Pros:
Amazing food, great service, don't skip the sangria, love the more casual way of ordering what you want whenever instead of sticking to the app/dinner/desert model, décor is colorful and bathrooms are so colorfulCons:

We ate at Jaleo on February 25th. Our waiter, Freddy, was very attentive and friendly. This place serves small plates. It is not cheap, but the food is delicious and very well presented. We had an interesting thing happen. During our meal, the fire alarm went off. Everyone had to leave the restaurant. While waiting to reenter, all the restaurant staff came outside as well bearing glasses and champagne which they offered to the patrons ( and I presume to prevent them from just walking away and not paying), and they offered to replace partially eaten plates and a free bruschetta platter when we were allowed back in. Jokingly, I suggested to the hostess that we would come back next time we were in Orlando. And that I would pull the fire alarm when we did!
Pros:
Food was delicious. Loved the beet borscht, the scallops. My son loved the paella du jour, and we all loved the cheese platter. My wife loved her sliced beef plate. Service was incredible. Ask for Freddy if you go.Cons:
Only con really was it is quite expensive, but worth it. Worth it once in a while, just not every day. (Fire Department response is quite slow- good thing it was just a false alarm!!!!).Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 12/13/2022

I wish I could give more than 10 stars. Jaleo was the highlight of our dining choices on a 2-week vacation at DW. We ordered The Jaleo Experience, and were more than pleased with every offering in this prix fix menu. Although it was really too much food, my traveling companion and I managed to eat everything in what I think was a selection of 10 tapas. Our server was wonderful, but I am sorry that I didn't ask his name to recommend him. It was a thrill for me to eat food chosen by Jose Andres, one of my personal heroes, for his charity, World Central Kitchen (to which I donate monthly). I would recommend Jaleo to anyone who is willing to take a chance and try a cuisine that is slightly different, but thoroughly enjoyable. Next time, I will order paella.
Pros:
Fabulous food; fabulous serviceCons:

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner at Jaleo for 40 people. Our event coordinator Kevin was extremely helpful for months leading up to the event which was important for a destination wedding. We were shocked the day of the event. The food was world class, the environment was five star but lively and entertaining, and the service was world class. This may have been the best investment I have made at Disney in 20 years of coming.
