We first spotted the Hattendo Cream Buns inside the Mitsukoshi store in the Japan pavilion back in May 2025. If you have been missing them or didn’t get a chance to try them before, now is your chance.

Back in May, these cream buns were available in custard, chocolate, and matcha. However, chocolate is no longer available, but you can grab the new seasonal strawberry cream flavor. Matcha and custard will also still be available!

You could grab them for $6.99 each. They are soft, fluffy buns filled with smooth cream. The buns are served chilled, and we were told to eat them within 2 hours of purchase. They come individually wrapped and make a great, easy treat. We haven’t stopped by since their return to confirm the price, but we would guess they’re still around $6.99 each.

They are tasty!

When we tried them back in May, we loved the fluffy and slightly chewy bun. The bun tastes like sweet bread — similar to a Hawaiian roll. The filling was super creamy, and we loved that it was served chilled. The chocolate flavor was our favorite (though it hasn’t returned yet), and we also enjoyed the custard. If you are a fan of matcha flavor, the matcha one is also a good choice.

Fluffy and creamy!

We are looking forward to trying the new strawberry cream flavor to see how it stacks up against the others. Stay tuned to AllEars for all your Disney World news!
