REVIEW: We Didn't Think Disney Could Make Our Favorite Germany Pavilion Treat Better, but They Proved Us WRONG

Ahhh — do you feel that? That’s the breeze of the crispier, cooler air blowing by you at Disney World. And with those falling temps cooling off those warm, sunny days, you’re probably in the mood for the perfect fall treat to welcome the season changing.

Disney World knows a thing or two about creating tasty fall treats that manage to hit the spot. While you might find yourself on a mini scavenger hunt searching for a few of the best around Disney World’s hotels, you won’t have to leave the parks to try this AMAZING snack!

While taking a stroll around EPCOT’s World Showcase, it’s hard not to let your eyes wander in search of a tasty treat. As it happens, we recently visited one of our favorite restaurants in the Germany Pavilion and spotted something different.

As we were browsing the selections and familiar favorites at Karamell-Küche, we noticed a new fall item that could be just the thing to get us in the autumn spirit.

It was in that moment that we knew we needed to pick up the latest version of the classic caramel butter bar — the Caramel Apple Butter Bar. This sweet square cost us $5.29 and is exactly as it sounds; our beloved caramel butter bar square with a sweet apple twist!

Overall, we were impressed with this spot-on treat! The balance of the dried apples in the bar and fall spices really brought the apple flavor to life.

The strudel topping was unique (compared to the classic butter bar we know and love) and tasted delicious while adding great texture. It almost gave off an apple strudel vibe — just with a little extra buttery caramel to the mix.

We thought this was a GREAT glow-up of the classic caramel butter bar; we can’t help but think that apples PLUS caramel makes any treat better. Honestly, considering how much we liked it, we wouldn’t mind it sticking around longer than a typical seasonal treat. Just saying, Disney…think about it!
