Why We'll Be Playing THIS Collectible Card Game in EPCOT Soon

Before you know it, the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays will be a memory, and we’ll be gearing up for the EPCOT Festival of the Arts.

The EPCOT Festival of the Arts starts on January 16th and runs through February 28th, and will not just bring tons of food booths to EPCOT, but also artists of all kinds, the Disney on Broadway concert series, and more. This year’s festival is bringing something new, too: Lorcana, Disney’s trading card game.

During the festival, you’ll be able to join the Collection Quest at locations throughout EPCOT as an Illumineer. You’ll be able to open Lorcana booster packs and trade cards with other players in the Illumineer’s Lounge in the Morocco Pavilion. Once complete, you can redeem a limited-edition Magical Places promo card.

You can also participate in “Ink & Find,” an adventure to find the larger-than-life trading cards that will be placed around EPCOT. When you locate a card, you can match it to the stickers in your free Festival Questbook to receive an additional Magical Place promo card.

To participate in these Lorcana activities, you can pick up that free Festival Questbook on the bridge from World Celebration to World Showcase. You’ll pick up your Magical Places promo cards at either the Illumineer’s Lounge in Morocco or Figment’s Inspiration Station at The Odyssey.

There will even be Lorcana-themed photo ops featuring card art from the Lorcana set Fabled. Fun!
