YIKES! We Have NEVER Seen Crowds Like This in EPCOT

Disney World can be a tough place to be, thanks to the heat that makes you feel like you’re standing on the sun, the prices that will hurt for months after the trip, and crowds that will make you feel like cattle on a farm.

The crowds!

While all of those things are true, we still love it more than anything! Our team visits the parks daily to check out the changes, review the new snacks, and more. Recently, during our stop at EPCOT, we spotted some of the craziest crowds we’ve ever seen — and we weren’t the only ones who were shocked!

EPCOT is known for many things! You can travel around the world, eat amazing foods, participate in festivals, and see some amazing entertainment all in this one popular Disney park. This can lead to fun times and big crowds, especially during some of their limited-time entertainment offerings.

One of the most popular annual events at the park is the Eat to the Beat concert series, which takes place during the Food and Wine Festival! This series brings tons of popular artists to the park on select nights to rock the house. On November 16th, 2025, the concert hosted The Beach Boys, and boy did the crowds come!

Can you handle the crowds?

For those who might not be familiar, the Beach Boys are an American rock band that were popular throughout the 1960s thanks to hits like “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” “Good Vibrations,” and “Surfin’ U.S.A.” The band still features 3 of the original members who performed at the American Gardens Theater yesterday. Not only did they bring the crowds, but they also brought out another familiar face. Disney super-fan, actor, and singer John Stamos also stopped by!

The American Gardens Theater was full!

John Stamos is most well-known for his role as Uncle Jesse on Full House. The Beach Boys even made an appearance on the show alongside Stamos! He has been performing periodically with the band since the 1980s, often playing guitar, drums, and singing along to their famous songs.

John Stamos!

This time around was no different, as he got involved in multiple aspects of the show. We weren’t the only ones who were excited to party in the American Gardens Theater. People were lined up well outside of the America pavilion, all the way to the China pavilion!

Playing the drums!

For context, that line was stretched through 4 World Showcase pavilions! We have literally never seen something like this before. We spoke with Cast Members at the event who confirmed they haven’t seen crowds like this, not even for the popular group Boyz II Men, who also perform at this concert series.

The end of the line!

While we encourage people to line up in advance for more popular artists and events, we couldn’t have predicted lines quite like this! Luckily, Eat to the Beat features 3 showtimes a night at 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM, and 8 PM. If you stop by the park and see the first show has filled up, stick around for the next two! There wasn’t even standing room once the show kicked off.

The Eat to the Beat concert series is wrapping up with its final performance taking place tonight, November 17th, 2025. The Beach Boys will be performing again tonight, so if last night was too much, you have another chance! This is the first year the popular band has attended the event, and we hope they come back in 2026.

Sing it!

The Food and Wine Festival is running through November 22nd, 2025! The next festival, The Festival of the Holidays, kicks off on November 28th. This festival features the Candlelight Processional, which brings tons of celebrities to the park as they narrate the Christmas story alongside a Cast Member choir singing traditional Christmas songs.

This event can also see major crowds, although we haven’t seen them quite like this! If you see a celebrity narrating on select nights of the event and you really want to go, we highly recommend lining up in advance, up to an hour before the show. (Sometimes more for even more popular celebs!)

We love that fans were turning out to enjoy the concert and dine on some delicious food. As always, be sure to keep following AllEars for more Disney news and updates.

  1. Just returrned.from WDW.Saw Bowling For Soup and the Beach Boys. Well we heard the Beach Boys. Couldn’t get close enough to actually see them. One aspect of this is none of these ‘concerts’ lasts longer than 30 minutes. And the crowds after the show is over takes a while to dissipate and even then lines form for the next set. It could have been worse though. Image if Taylor Swift played this concert series!

  2. “The band still features 3 of the original members”. Not exactly, Emma. There were five original members when the band was created in 1961. There were the three Wilson brothers, Brian, Dennis & Carl, plus Mike Love and Al Jardine. Now that Dennis passed earlier this year all three Wilson brothers are gone. That leaves Mike Love and Al Jardine, both in their 80s. These two remaining original members sometimes travel with the current band, although it is usually only Mike Love. Regardless, their genre brought a new dimension to 1960’s music. I’m happy to say that those were my high school days. Glad to see that the current version of the band can still draw a huge crowd!
