CONFIRMED: It Will Now Cost You MORE To Build Lightsabers and Droids at Disney World

More price increases have hit Disney World!

This time, price increases are impacting some special experiences available at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, including lightsaber and droid building.

Price increases have hit two popular experiences inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Both the Savi’s Workshop experience and the Droid Depot experience have increased in price.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

The cost for lightsaber building at Savi’s Workshop was previously $249.99 per lightsaber, plus tax. Now, the experience will start at $274.99.

During the experience, you can select one of the four available hilt themes, choose a kyber crystal, and assemble your hilt. The box of parts includes: 1 hilt, 4 sleeves (pick 2), 2 emitters (pick 1), 2 pommel caps (pick 1), and 2 sets of activation plates and switches (pick 1 set).

Additionally, the cost for the Droid Depot has increased. The Droid Dept experience used to cost $119.99 per astromerch droid unit, plus tax, but now it will cost you $129.99 to build your droid. That is an increase of $10.

During the Droid Depot experience, you can select from a BB-series unit or an R-series unit, and then you can select from a variety of components to customize your droid.
