We’re not going to sugarcoat it — Disney World is expensive, and it’s only getting pricier.

Between park tickets, hotel stays, dining, souvenirs, and extras, the costs can add up quickly. With so many price increases looming, we’re setting the record straight on what is — and isn’t — getting more expensive at Disney World.
Alright, we’ve got good news and bad news. The bad news is that Disney World is getting more expensive, but the good news is that there are still plenty of ways to save on your trip — as long as you know where to look.

Recently, we saw price increases at two different EPCOT pavilions — starting with the purchase of popcorn in a popcorn bucket at the Canada Popcorn Stand. It’ll now cost you $14.25 instead of $13. Not only that, but a TON of price increases just hit San Angel Inn in the Mexico Pavilion.
We typically see sweeping price increases on various Disney World foods and snacks around February and October, but these price increases have happened seemingly at random (though we’re sure Disney has their reasons).

Not only that, but Disney just released the ticket info for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party — and those tickets have received a price hike as well. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party costs up to $229 per person this year, compared to 2024 when tickets ranged from $119 to $199. The base ticket price is staying at $199, however.
That’s an increase of up to $30 more, which can seriously add up for people and families.

Your 2026 Disney World trip is also going to be more expensive. Here’s what you’ll be paying to attend the parks next year:
- Magic Kingdom: $139 to $199
- EPCOT: $129 to $184
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $139 to $194
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $119 to $179

While the ranges are roughly the same as 2019, many dates see higher prices within those ranges, meaning most days will see price increases on Disney World tickets. For example, 25 of 31 days in January 2026 have a higher “highest price” than their counterpart in 2025. The theme continues through the majority of the year, with the glaring exception of July, August, and September, when most days are at the higher end of the price spectrum but slightly lower than their 2025 counterparts.

Not only that, but the Disney Dining Plan is also increasing in price in 2026.
The Quick Service Dining Plan, which provides 2 Quick-Service Meals (Quick-Service Meals include one Quick-Service Meal, including an Entrée OR Combo meal with a Non-alcoholic Beverage, 1 Snack or Non-Alcoholic Drink, and one Resort-Refillable Mug to each person over 3 years old on the plan cost $59.14 per night for adults and $24.70 for kids under 11 in 20925. Those prices will rise to $60.47 and $26.16, respectively, in 2026.

The Standard Dining Plan, which offers one Table Service Meal (For breakfast, this includes an entree and non-alcoholic beverage OR one full buffet, for lunch/dinner, this includes a full buffet, or entree, a dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage, one Quick-Service Meal (including an Entrée OR Combo meal with a Non-alcoholic Beverage), one Snack or Non-alcoholic Drink, and one Resort-Refillable Drink Mug to each person over 3 years old on the plan is raising from $97.70 per adult per night and $30.78 per child per night to $98.59 per adult and $31.94 per child.

But, it also seems like Disney understands that many folks are feeling the squeeze these days and has offered additional discounts and ways to save.

Disney revealed that you can buy a 3-day (or longer) standard kids (ages 3-9) ticket for 50% off. This deal is available for trips starting May 27th through September 20th, 2025.
You can also buy a 3-day, 3-park ticket starting at $89 per day ($267 total, plus tax) for trips starting on April 6th through September 22nd, 2025.

And, you can save up to 30% on select Disney Resort hotel rooms when you stay longer for visits from August 1st through October 11th, 2025. The following hotels qualify for Disney’s 30% discount (or 25% for shorter stays):

You can also find discounts around the parks, hotels, and more if you’re part of certain groups like the annual pass, military members, Disney Vacation Club, D23 Gold Members, and more!
