I love ‘Ohana’s character breakfast! The dinner, not so much. I went one time and decided that there were other restaurants, and other food that I enjoy more, especially for the price.
Let me start by saying that caribbean and polynesian style foods are not similar. Spice and preparation are totally different. My family and I really enjoy Ohana every time we go (which is every other trip). It’s different from other dining locations as the meats are cooked over open fire which really enhances the flavor of the meats (good char on the outside while not overcooking the inside). We also enjoy Sebastian’s as it is also unique to other locations (although I did prefer Shutters). Deluxe restaurants are always pricier than the moderate restaurants. You pay more for perceived atmosphere.
