Choosing which airline to fly to Disney World can be tough.

There are so many great options of airlines that fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO) that it can be overwhelming. One of these great options is the JetBlue air carrier, which flies out of the brand-new Terminal C at the Orlando International Airport. When choosing to fly JetBlue, three unspoken rules can help you plan your flight with them.
JetBlue made a home for itself at the Orlando International Airport in 2008 and has been flying travelers to and from Orlando for over 16 years now. JetBlue is often considered a budget airline as it offers competitive pricing and different amenities included based on which fare you fly. Here are three rules to keep in mind if you are planning to book a trip on JetBlue or already have a trip booked.

Choose the Fare that is Best for Your Trip
Currently, JetBlue offers five different fare types, each with its perks and amenities. If you are planning to take a shorter trip to Disney World, you may not need a fancy fare and can do more of a bare-bones fare that does not include a checked bag.

If you are planning to stay in Orlando for a longer period, you may want to upgrade your JetBlue fare to include a checked bag in your base fare. The same can go for longer-haul flights; if you are traveling a long distance to MCO, you may want to splurge on extra legroom.

What You Should Pack for a Trip to Disney World
The fares and some of their benefits and restrictions are as follows:
Blue Basic
-
- Carry-on bag not including until after September 6th, 2024
- Personal item included
- Pay to check bags
- No changes allowed
Blue

Depending on your length of stay as well as the duration of your flight, you may be able to save money on a cheaper fare or treat yourself and splurge on a more expensive fare. For a complete list of what is included with each fare, you can check out JetBlue’s website.

6 Orlando Airport Hacks You’ll Wish You Knew Sooner
Every Seat Comes with Free WiFi
You won’t have to worry about downloading your shows before your flight or not being able to use your phone during your flight, thanks to free WiFi for every seat on JetBlue. Regardless of your fare, everyone gets free Wi-Fi.

So, make sure to pack your headphones to fully take advantage of this perk and keep yourself entertained during your flight. WiFi is not guaranteed on every flight, depending on the weather and the departure/destination city, so it would not hurt to have a backup in case your flight does not offer WiFi. Regardless, free WiFi is a huge perk.
If There’s One Problem You’ll Come Across at the Orlando Airport, It’s Definitely THIS
Upgrade Your Snack Choices
JetBlue’s snack game is strong. Instead of your classic airplane snacks, JetBlue offers a wide variety of free snacks that can include Chifles® Plantain Chips, Partake Classic Grahams, Popchips® Sea Salt, and Safe + Fair® Everything Bagel Pretzels.

Not only is there a large free snack selection, but there are also plenty of free hot and cold drinks.

If you want to upgrade your drink game, different alcoholic beverages are available for an additional fee. What caught our eye is that you can purchase a fruit and cheese plate for only $10! Talk about treating yourself! Make sure to take a look at the menu when you board so you can treat yourself to a fun snack at a low cost.

Remember these three tips and rules the next time you fly or are thinking of booking JetBlue to take full advantage of your airfare.
