One of the most popular nighttime activities in Magic Kingdom, if not THE most popular, is watching the Happily Ever After fireworks.

You’ll want to grab your spot at least 15-30 minutes before the show begins to ensure you have a great view. However, if you’re visiting the park soon, you need to know that the showtime is CHANGING!
Starting March 31st, Happily Ever After will now show at 8:45PM! Currently, the show starts at 8:30PM, but as the sun begins to set later, Disney will change the start time to ensure guests have the best view of the show after the sun has set. This change will take place through April 20th.

This means if you want to grab a really great spot in the hub or back on Main Street U.S.A. (so you can see those projections!), you’ll want to start sitting/standing around between 8:15 and 8:30.

It also means if you’re trying to leave the park BEFORE the fireworks to stay out of the crowds, you have a few more minutes in the park!
This show always makes us emotional, so be sure to pack those tissues — no matter how old you are!
