Don’t Make This MISTAKE at EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival

The EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival will soon be here, but if you aren’t careful you could make a MASSIVE mistake while there.

Get Ready to EAT!

The Festival will be available from March 1st through July 5th, featuring over 15 food booths, gorgeous topiaries (including some new ones!), a food-based scavenger hunt, new merchandise, and MUCH more. But the Festival also holds a special secret!

By now you likely already know that a big draw at all of EPCOT’s festivals is…the FOOD. There will be over 15 food booths at the 2023 Flower & Garden Festival with over 50(!) new eats and drinks — so come hungry!

Disney has released the full menus for ALL of the booths which you can see right here. And for the most part, you can visit at any point during the Festival to grab those same delicious drinks and eats. But…that’s not the case for every booth!

You might expect that whether you visit on March 1st, April 9th, or June 4th, you’ll be met with the same food and drinks menus. But you’d be WRONG — at least for 1 booth!

While nearly all booths keep the same menus throughout the Festival, EPCOT Farmers Feast (a booth located near Test Track) changes up its menu throughout the Festival! So if you really want to try 1 particular dish from this spot, you’ll need to plan your visit carefully. And if you want to try more than one dish from its different seasonal menus, you’ll need to plan a return trip!

So just what menu items will this booth feature and when will they change? Let’s take a look!

Things start off with the Early Bloom Menu. This lasts from March 1st through April 8th and includes:

  • Chilled Potato and Leek Soup “Vichyssoise” with bacon lardons, potato croutons, chive oil, and crispy leeks (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly)
  • Char-grilled Bison Ribeye with creamy leek fondue, red wine butter sauce, and whipped red wine goat cheese
  • Spice Cake with cream cheese icing and candied pecans and parsnip (New)
  • Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail featuring Islamorada Brewery & Distillery Hibiscus Gin

On April 9th, the Springtime Menu starts. This will last through May 20th and features:

  • Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta with marinated peppers, zucchini, squash, artichokes, goat cheese, and balsamic glaze on grilled ciabatta
  • Grilled Swordfish with crushed fingerling potatoes, pea and mint purée, grilled asparagus, and lemon beurre Blanc (New)
  • Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake with crème fraîche whipped cream

Then it’s time to hop into the Summer Solstice menu. This runs from May 20th through July 5th and includes the following:

  • Tomato and Red Onion Panzanella with avocado, burrata cheese, and fresh basil
  • Barbecued Seared Pork Tenderloin with summer succotash, herb butter, and grapefruit vinaigrette (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly)
  • Sweet Corn Crème Brûlée with corn biscotti (New)

Two things do stay the same at this booth throughout the Festival though, and that’s two drink offerings:

  • Collective Arts Brewing Blueberry & Elderberry Sparkling Hard Tea (New)
  • Ghost Mary: Translucent Bloody Mary with Boyd & Blair Cucumber Vodka, tomato water, horseradish, celery salt, and a hint of pepper (New)
Buzz Lightyear Topiary

So, how will YOU handle these menu changes? Is there a particular item from the lists above that you simply must try? If so, make sure your trip falls during the dates on which it’ll be available. If you want to try items from a few of the different menus, see when a return trip might work for you. If you don’t plan things out carefully, you could totally MISS a dish you wanted to try!
