What’s better than eating your way around an EPCOT festival?

Winning a PRIZE for eating your way around an EPCOT festival — and that’s exactly what happens with the Garden Graze at the Flower & Garden Festival. Disney just released the menus for this year’s fest, and now we know which items are part of the Garden Graze Stroll!

In case you need a refresher, the Garden Graze is a food-based hunt that will have you pick up food items from different booths around the fest — and at the end, you get a prize! Yep, you read that correctly — you get to eat some delicious snacks and win something for doing it.

Disney has announced the menu items and booth locations for the 2023 Garden Graze and we can’t wait! Check them out below:
