Somehow we’re already nearing the end of 2022, which means 2023 is just around the corner!

Many people are starting to plan 2023 Disney World trips, which means you may be wondering — when is the best time to visit? There are a lot of ways to decide what might be the best time for you, but one important factor to consider are ticket prices, which vary depending on the day. So what are the most expensive days to visit Disney World in 2023??
We’ve taken a look at Disney World’s 2023 ticket calendar to compile the dates with the most expensive ticket prices, based on standard single-day theme park tickets, which begin at $109 per person. This does NOT include the Park Hopper option, which will now vary by date. Keep in mind, Disney World recently increased its ticket prices and implemented park-specific tickets. You can read more about the change here.
And now, onto those expensive days in 2023. Take a look below!
New Year’s
It’s not really a surprise that Disney World starts the year BIG with some of the highest ticket prices of the year. Here is the pricing for January 1st and 2nd (note that Magic Kingdom is currently unavailable on January 2nd):
- Magic Kingdom — $184
- EPCOT — $174

For the following week, you’re looking at ticket prices ranging from $139 to $149, which isn’t as high but still not the cheapest of the ticket prices. And with many students still on holiday break, it’s a popular time to visit Disney World.
Here’s what New Year’s Day crowds look like in Disney World!
