Galaxy’s Edge Food and Beverage Locations

A new land at Walt Disney World means new places to eat and drink. Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios has some very unique and out of this world locations.

Galaxy's Edge Ronto Roasters
Ronto Roasters at Black Spire Outpost on Batuu inside Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida. Nikon D750/16-35VR, f/8, ISO 100, EV 0, 16mm Focal Length, HDR Image.

To capture the detail of Ronto Roasters I found an out of the way place to set up my tripod. I took a set of five photos from -2EV to +2EV and merged them into the HDR image you see here.  Very interesting use of an interstellar engine, eh?

Galaxy's Edge Cargo Bay 7
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo counter service restaurant at Black Spire Outpost on Batuu inside Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida. Nikon D750/24-120VR, 1/15s, f/5.6, ISO 4000, EV +0.3, 24mm Focal Length.

For fast and good counter service there is Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. Even early in the morning you can get a Mustafarian Cinnamon Roll which I enjoyed while waiting for my Rise of the Resistance Boarding Party to be called. And it was very early!

Galaxy's Edge Milk Stand

If you get thirsty while wandering around the Black Spire Outpost, you can try either the Blue or Green milk at the Milk Stand.

Galaxy's Edge Cantina Bar
Oga’s Cantina in Black Spire Outpost on Batuu inside Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida. Nikon D750/16-35VR, 1/60s, f/4, ISO 6400, EV 0, 16mm Focal Length.

Now, if you looking for more exotic adult beverages, you need to stop in at Oga’s Cantina. The atmosphere is fun, loud and the drinks bubbly and colorful. I highly recommend a Carbon Freeze.

Have you been to any of these galactic locations? What did you think of it/them?
