With the announcement of the shelter-in-place order in Disney World’s home of Orange County, it looks like two more hotels are closing their doors for the time being.

The Swan and Dolphin Resort hotels have been operating in a limited capacity since last week, but now it seems they have been fully closed for the time being.
A statement has been put out by the Swan and Dolphin team that indicates the hotels will be closed through March 31st. Guests with an existing reservation can make cancellations or changes to their reservations up to 24 hours before arrival as long as the changes are made before March 31st.

If you have a new reservation to the Swan and Dolphin, you can also cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before you arrive until April 30th, 2020.

As of today, 3/26/2020, No. Then again, our trip is scheduled for May 7 – 16. I know my daughter things we may not be able to go as scheduled. Or, if we do. Will we be okay. I do believe that by that time, WDW will be re-opened, like many other companies. I do not believe the economy could withstand, being closed beyond that, without significant pain. So, my view is, we are still scheduled to go. And believe it will happen. If not at that time, then later in the year. After all, my grandson is looking forward to his 3rd trip. To visit the main mouse himself, MICKEY. His favorite. For all of us, let’s be safe. And get this behind us all, sooner than later.
