It’s official. We’re out of cute Star Wars related time references for these articles.
We’ve reported on extended park hours in the past. Repeatedly. We’re almost considering making it a feature at this point. Now Disney is extending hours at Hollywood Studios again to accommodate guests looking to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge this March!
The change here is small — a bump from 8PM to 8:30PM in early March, giving more guests a chance to explore the park a bit later. Now, with the park reverting to a 9AM opening starting March 1st, this 30 minute window is enough to squeeze in one more ride before closure. The extended hours have been added for March 1st and 2nd, as well as March 4th through 6th. It seems that March 3rd will still see an 8 PM closure, which could be due to the opening of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway on March 4th.
Unlike with Extra Magic Hours, these extra thirty minutes also count as normal park hours, allowing guests to hit Rise of the Resistance or any other attraction. Extra Magic Hours have also been extended thirty minutes, to give hotel guests the full two hour experience.
We’ll see you all at the park this March! Now we’ve got to come up with more clever headlines… uh… leave your ideas in the comments?
