The Delicious Disney series has been wowing guests with culinary delights for years, but did you know it’s also a series of cookbooks? Written by Pam Brandon in cooperation with real Disney chefs, this series of cookbooks reveal the secrets behind some of your favorite meals and treats!

It’s been over a decade since the release of the original Delicious Disney, and while there have been many Disney cookbooks released since, Disney cuisine has seen some big changes. So say hello to the brand new Delicious Disney: The Fresh Edition Cookbook!

We spotted this delectable new tome at the Confectionary in the Magic Kingdom, and it features the secret recipes behind some Disney favorites.

Highlights include Beef and Shrimp from Cinderella’s Royal Table, Lobster Bisque from Yachtsman Steakhouse, and Berebere-spiced Lamb Chops with Sautéed Greens and Lentil Stew from Tiffins. Each recipe is labeled with its place of origin, and even the Disney Cruise Line is represented! In fact, just about the only place in the parks not in this cookbook is Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge… which has its own dedicated cookbook.

Still, if you like your food a bit more down to earth while keeping that Disney flair, this will be an excellent addition to your (cook)bookshelf. It’s available in the Parks for $34.99, and hopefully it’ll be available online and in brick-and-mortar stores soon!
