Disney World restaurants have ever-changing menus, and one menu at EPCOT has gotten a brand-new item.

It was just announced that a new food item has hit a super popular restaurant in the Japan Pavilion at EPCOT’s World Showcase. Let’s take a look and see if it’s something that we (yes, WE) should all grab!
The popular EPCOT restaurant, Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya, has added a new Wagyu dish to its menu. The dish is Japanese A5 Wagyu Roast Beef served with vibrant Yuzu Jalapeño sauce. The Shinryoku sauce is inspired by Japan’s season of fresh greenery.

The announcement of the item was dropped on social media, but it is not listed on their online menu as of right now. The only Wagyu options you’ll see on the online menu at Disney World are the Steak, Tataki, Nigiri, and Don. The four options range from $77 to $88, so we’re expecting this new item to fall in that range.

The new menu item is only available at EPCOT for a limited time. There is no confirmed date as to when the item will leave the restaurant, so you might want to head over sooner rather than later if you want to give it a try.

Shiki-Sai has so many amazing options. If you do go to try the new menu item, you may have to try other things as well. Seriously, we recommend basically everything here.
