If you’ve ever been to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, then you know how big a deal Fanatasmic! is! This nighttime spectacular stars Mickey Mouse himself as he battles evil Disney villains with the power of imagination.
There’s fireworks, lasers, projections, and appearances by some of our favorite Disney characters. Our team absolutely loves this show, which is why we’re so excited that it just got easier to see Fantasmic!
Currently, Fantasmic! only has one nightly showing at 8:30 PM. Starting tomorrow, April 24th, the showing will be pushed back to 9 PM. Plus, starting this weekend, Fantasmic! will offer two performances on Friday and Saturday nights!
Here’s the schedule that Disney has released so far:
- Thursday, April 23rd – 8:30 PM
- Friday, April 24th – 9 PM and 10:30 PM
- Saturday, April 25th – 9 PM and 10:30 PM
- Sunday, April 26th – 9 PM
- Monday, April 27th – 9 PM
- Tuesday, April 28th – 9 PM
- Wednesday, April 29th – 9 PM
- Thursday, April 30th – 9 PM
- Friday, May 1st – 9 PM and 10:30 PM
- Saturday, May 2nd – 9 PM and 10:30 PM
- Sunday, May 3rd – 9 PM
- Monday, May 4th – 9 PM
- Tuesday, May 5th – 9 PM
- Wednesday, May 6th – 9 PM
- Thursday, May 7th – 9 PM
- Friday, May 8th – 9 PM and 10:30 PM
- Saturday, May 9th – 9 PM and 10:30 PM
Currently, it looks like the schedule reverts to one show a night on Saturday, May 18th, with only a 9 PM showing. Disney is likely testing out two shows a night before finalizing the schedule. Fantasmic! will often have two shows a night during the summer rush, so we think this is a trial run for a two-show summer!
In addition, Fantasmic! showings will be pushed back from 9 PM to 9:05 PM starting on Sunday, June 14th. This change goes until the end of the calendar on Sunday, June 21st. If you’re headed to watch the show in June, don’t worry when it hasn’t started right at 9 PM!
