Disney, Are You Okay? Several Popular Attractions Are CLOSED Today!

Ready to hop on some rides at Disney World?

Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are two parks with some of the most popular rides in Disney World! We love running (well, fast walking) from ride to ride but it seems like some of our favorites were closed today.

Today, December 20th, seemed like it was a tough morning in Disney World. Disney is deep into its holiday season with lots of fun and festive parties and, unfortunately, crowds. With lots of crowds, lines tend to be a bit on the longer side, which is why we were surprised to see so many attractions closed this morning.

2024 holiday crowds!

It seems like Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios were on the struggle bus today, with rides like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, The Barnstormer, Country Bear Musical Jamboree, and Slinky Dog Dash being closed.

Mickey and Minnie also called in late because the Meet Disney Starts at Red Carpet Dreams was temporarily closed, and even Disney Springs got in on the action with the Aerophile being down.

Once the day got underway, most of the attractions were able to find their footing and open up for the crowds! Currently, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Rise of the Resistance, and the Aerophile are temporarily closed, but be sure to check your MyDisneyExperience app for the latest changes. We are sending our thoughts to the Star Wars parents in Hollywood Studios; we know you can get through this!

Be sure to keep your phone charges and your fuel rods handy so you can check on those wait times and ride closures on the My Disney Experience app, no matter where you are on your Disney vacation. As always, keep following AllEars.Net for all of your Disney ride updates and closures.
