We can confirm that 1980s music icon Sheila E. Will be performing as part of the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival’s Eat to the Beat concert series this fall.

Taking place daily during the Food & Wine Festival, Disney describes the Eat to the Beat Concert Series as “a star-studded musical lineup with something for nearly every taste.” Several daily shows take place at the America Gardens Theatre at the World Showcase’s American Adventure Pavilion, with past performers including Tiffany, Ray Parker Jr., Sugar Ray, Hoobastank, Joey Fatone, and Hanson.
Sheila E. — the legendary 1980s percussionist known for hits including “The Glamorous Life” and “The Love Bizarre” as well as a long-running personal and professional relationship with legendary artist Prince — has played Eat to the Beat before, as recently as November 2023.
Now, thanks to a tour date listing on her website, we have confirmation that Sheila E. Will back at EPCOT in 2024. According to the itinerary, she’ll be performing at Walt Disney World on September 20th and 21st.

Of note, this is earlier in the festival calendar than Sheila E’s 2023 Eat to the Beat performances — which took place in November — so plan accordingly if you want to time an EPCOT trip around her shows.
We are eagerly awaiting more announcements about the Food & Wine festival, but we now know it will run from August 29th to November 23rd, 2024. We know that the new “festival center” in EPCOT — Communicore Hall & Plaza — is opening June 10th!
In the meantime, check out our video from last year’s festival!
