NEW Character Details Revealed for Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios

Yeah, it’s July, but you can’t blame us for already looking forward to the holiday season in Disney World, can you?

First, we’re SO excited about attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom this year. But we’re even MORE excited about the NEW holiday party coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Jollywood Nights. Now we’ve got some details to share with you regarding that party’s entertainment.

Disney has posted a few casting notices on its auditions website that give us some insight into what we can expect at Jollywood Nights. First, Disney World is looking for vocalists for a NEW holiday offering, which seems to be for the live holiday special hosted by Kermit and Miss Piggy that will take place during the event. So we know there will be some singing going on during that special. Luckily, we found some additional details in the description.

According to the casting call, the special will seemingly also feature some of your favorite Disney characters, including Mickey and Minnie. Additionally, per Disney’s notes, Tiana and Belle are expected to make an appearance — and they’ll be singing some Christmas tunes! Tiana will be singing in a style similar to Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas.”

Meanwhile, Belle will be singing “As Long As There’s Christmas” from the Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas movie.

So now we know that the Kermit and Miss Piggy holiday special will be a musical spectacular with musical performances from some Disney princesses.

Tickets are on sale now for Jollywood Nights, which takes place on select evenings from November 11th through December 20th from 8:30PM to 12:30AM. Ticket prices range from$159-$179 per person, depending on the date.

Did we mention that Phineas and Ferb will be at Jollywood Nights, too? You’ll also get to meet some of your favorite Disney characters wearing new holiday outfits with never-before-scene backdrops. There will be a Latin Street Fair with live music, a sing-along piano bar, and more.
