LAST CALL: EPCOT Will Look Totally Different in 10 Days

EPCOT is about to look really different! Right now, EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts is in full swing. But what happens when it ends on February 23rd?

The last day to experience Festival of the Arts is February 23rd, which means no more festival food, concerts, or merchandise for a bit. Get your last Disney World grilled cheese in while you can!

If you want to see everything one last time, head to CommuniCore Hall early, since it can sometimes close a few days before the festival ends. We tried to see the Festival of the Holidays setup on December 26th last year, to find that it had closed a whole week before the festival ended!

Festival of the Arts will be completely gone when EPCOT opens on the 24th. The next festival, Flower & Garden, runs from March 4th to June 1st. So what should you do until then?

Bambi decided to make a surprise visit today!

Some Flower & Garden topiaries are already popping up around EPCOT! We saw Bambi and friends the other day, along with Phineas and Ferb. But where’s Perry???

Phineas and Ferb are back!

EPCOT is also less crowded between festivals, so we recommend getting some of your favorite rides in while the wait times are low! We love Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Soarin’ Around the World, and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

EPCOT also has fewer food options with the festival booths closing. We love Biergarten — it’s a German buffet that has some great performers to watch while you eat. There’s also Via Napoli in the Italy Pavilion, which has some great pasta and an extra-large pizza that’s a half meter long!

mmm… pizza

If you’d want to go on an adventure, we love exiting the park from the International Gateway and eating at the neighboring resorts. Ale & Compass‘ chocolate cherry waffles are my favorite Disney World breakfast. And the BoardWalk Pizza Window is a hidden gem with one of the biggest portion sizes at Disney.

It’s the size of my face!

That’s how to have the perfect non-festival day at EPCOT! Stay tuned to AllEars for more EPCOT festival news.
