It’s certainly no surprise that Disney World is busy, with Magic Kingdom being the busiest park of them all.

So, it should also come as no surprise that Magic Kingdom was officially the most-visited theme park in the world in 2024, according to the TEA Global Experience Index. Wondering how the rest of the Disney parks and other theme parks stacked up? We’ve got all the info you need to know right here!
Each year, the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) releases its Global Experience Index, which measures theme park attendance, among other things, worldwide. And, according to the 2024 TEA Global Experience Index, Magic Kingdom was the most-visited theme park in the world! Not only that, but Disney Experiences was also the top theme park operator worldwide.

Overall, Magic Kingdom’s attendance in 2024 was approximately 17,836,000 people — almost 18 million people visited Magic Kingdom in 2024. This was a .7% increase over the prior year, 2023.

Disney parks certainly took most of the top spots worldwide, with several Universal parks having increased attendance over the prior year as well.
TEA also released its list of the Top 20 Amusement/Theme Parks in North America based on attendance.

The Top 20 Amusement/Theme Parks in North America based on attendance in 2024 were:

- EPCOT
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Disney California Adventure
- Universal Studios Florida at Universal Orlando Resort
- Universal Islands of Adventure at Universal Orlando Resort
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Universal Studios Hollywood
- Knott’s Berry Farm
- SeaWorld Orlando
- SeaWorld San Diego
- Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
- Cedar Point
- King’s Island
- Six Flags Magic Mountain
- Canada’s Wonderland
- Dollywood
- Six Flags Great America
- Hersheypark
Again, Disney and Universal lead the pack, with Six Flags, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and additional smaller, regional theme parks taking the last spots.
Overall, attendance increased by around 2.4% across the top 25 theme parks worldwide, with a whopping 246 million visitors choosing to spend time at these various parks.
